Gift Cards
– The value on a gift card can be used as full or part payment at Cleaver & Wake.

– Any remaining balance can be used on a separate visit, providing the gift card has not expired.

-The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash.

-All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date which is 12 months from the date of purchase or 12 months from the last top-up date.

-Any remaining balance that is left on the card once it’s expired is forfeited.

– Cleaver & Wake and The Island Quarter development reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Experience Gift Cards

– Our experience vouchers are eligible for use from the 4^th of January 2024, they are not eligible for use on the following day’s: Mothering Sunday, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

– The experience voucher must be presented as a method of payment at the restaurant either physically or digitally on a smartphone.

– All dining experiences can be redeemed on the specified menu, up to the value of the gift voucher.

– Only one dish can be chosen per course per person.

– Dishes that carry a supplement must be settled separately.

– Experience vouchers must be redeemed in one transaction and no change will be given if not fully redeemed.

– The displayed menu is a sample menu and is subject to seasonal and regional changes.

– An optional suggested service charge will be applied to your bill and is not covered by the voucher.

– The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

– It is not possible to extend the gift voucher beyond the stated 12-month validity period.

– Gift vouchers are not for resale.
