Venison, pheasant & smoked bacon terrine, roast duck scrumpet or pine cured chalk stream trout make the perfect start. With venison haunch, fillet of halibut or roast breast of guinea fowl with pork and goose stuffing to follow.
It’s Christmas, so desserts are a must. Valrhona chocolate cake, tonka bean panna cotta or our warm Christmas pudding tart, it’s a tough choice.

For your main course, select from our Creedy Carver duck confit, venison ragu, or embrace tradition with our Norfolk Bronze turkey, a quintessential choice for the Christmas season.
To finish, enjoy the warming spices of our poached pears with chilled passion fruit and coconut rice conde. And, of course, no festive lunch is complete without a cheese plate!

Our signature Sunday Roasts reimagined for the Christmas Season!
Start with comforting classics like our roast parsnip & chestnut soup or chicken liver parfait, followed by the traditional festive choice of Norfolk Bronze turkey with pork & goose stuffing. Alternatively, opt for succulent dry-aged rump of beef, overnight roast pork belly, or our showstopping beef wellington (pre-order only), accompanied by all the trimmings: roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, and rich, traditional gravy.
Finish with our warm Christmas pudding tart drizzled with salted brandy caramel or the Valrhona chocolate cake with black cherry compote, as the perfect finale to your Sunday at Cleaver.
